We provide services not only to healthcare professionals but employers, individuals, families and the legal system.
Our doors have been open in Southeast Missouri since 2012.

CREDENTIALS
Having national affiliations with NDASA (National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association), DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) and SAPAA (Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association) allows for the most accurate, and up to date procedures and compliance. 49CFR Part 40–qualified EBO Health Lab Services technicians are qualified and have been trained in accordance with Department of Transportation procedures for conducting workplace drug and alcohol testing programs.
Where necessary and required, we comply with all CLIA certifications and partner only with CLIA-certified laboratories and possess a valid Missouri CLIA waver in our facility.
COVID-19 Testing
EBO Health Lab services offer antibody testing (both IgG and IgM) serologic tests to determine whether a person may have been exposed or has a potentially active infection. Also available Np (nasopharyngeal) swab testing. Call for more information.
